Utah Power offers special services, bill assistance and time payment plans for customers experiencing financial hardships. If you have any questions about payment plan eligibility or if you are experiencing difficulty making payments, please call us at 1-888-221-7070.

We also work with local non-profit agencies that help customers in need pay their electricity bills. Utah Power matches customer donations dollar-for-dollar to the following list of energy assistance programs. To see if you qualify for assistance, please call the agency in your area.
