We also value educating customers on how to use energy wisely, which will help keep prices down now and in the future.

A semi-annual rate survey conducted by the Edison Electric Institute shows that Pacific Power and Rocky Mountain Power rates are among the nation's lowest.

Average industrial rates by state ranged from 3.58 to 14.29 cents per kilowatt-hour (kwh). The national average was 5.91 cents per kwh.
